Likes de um Metaleiro We discovered AKIN in 2002 when we was looking for good "Gothic Metal" bands with Female Vocals ... we luckily found the album, and we keep it religiously!! Highlights in this album: - the brilliant framework that makes the whole imaginary of Edgar Allan Poe and the component Gothic Metal!
AKIN: Please return to your roots! \m/, Favorite track: A dream within a dream.

Poesy Rider Pour moi, Verse est moins abouti que The way things end.

\m/ Favorite track: Lenore.

about

AKIN Lyon, France

Formed back in 1998 in Lyon, AKIN signed up with Sacral Productions to release "Verse" (2001) and then "Forecast" (EP-2003). Both CD's were reviewed in the french metal press as being part of the top albums of the year of their release.

After a long off-peak period, AKIN got back to work in 2009 with a string quartet at its side and is now proud to present its second LP, "The way things end".
